I’m a Canberra-based Personal Trainer specialising in helping women in their 40s, 50s and beyond feel stronger, leaner and more confident through simple, sustainable training and lifestyle changes.

With over a decade of coaching experience and a background in women’s hormonal health, I bring a calm, supportive approach to every session. My method centres on four pillars — movement, nutrition, sleep and stress — giving clients the structure they need to thrive in midlife.

My training style is empowering and realistic: no fads or extremes, just solid strength work, smart conditioning, education and habits that fit real life. I support clients to lift well, move confidently and build a healthier relationship with food and fitness.
