Lover of various high intensity sports. Former competitor in MMA, Jiu Jitsu Basketball
and Gridiron. I train sports specific movement as well as training to improve physical
fitness and quality of life.
My training style is based off the various high level sports I have played along with my
passion for constantly learning new methods. I work with my clients to ensure their
goals are achievable and that we put the appropriate steps in place to get there.
I am all about working hard and having a great time doing it. Our sessions will never
be boring and I will always try to incorporate something you have never done before.
