A 30 minute class designed to target your lowerbody and abs! This class will help develop your lowerbody strength and develop your core engagement. Core Strength, High intensity Abs/HIIT Open: July 1, 2019 6:00 pm - 6:45 pm This high intensity 45 minute class focuses on both HIIT & circuit training plus building core strength while torching your abs in the process! High intensity Circuits/HIIT Open: June 7, 2020 6:00 am - 6:45 am A high intensity circuit based class that effectively burns calories and keeps your metabolism-spiked hours after you have completed the rewarding workout and even collapsed on the floor! For Mums, High intensity Mums Group Fitness Open: June 19, 2019 9:40 am - 10:25 am A female-only class incorporating everything from strength & resistance training through to HIIT/interval training, with some glutes and abs work thrown in for good measure! Group Fitness, High intensity Hour of Power Open: June 20, 2019 9:30 am - 10:15 am 60 minutes of working out where a mix of everything is thrown at you minus the kitchen sink. Circuits, boxing, stretching/mobility, ab work, partner workouts – each week will be something different!
