A military style bootcamp led by our PT Tommy! The class starts at 5am but there's an option to hop in at 5:30am for a half hour class as well. This is a high intensity, military style class designed to work you hard!
Good foundations are built from the ground up! A 30 minute class designed to target your lowerbody and abs! This class will help develop your lowerbody strength and develop your core engagement.
A high intensity circuit based class that effectively burns calories and keeps your metabolism-spiked hours after you have completed the rewarding workout and even collapsed on the floor!
A female-only class incorporating everything from strength & resistance training through to HIIT/interval training, with some glutes and abs work thrown in for good measure!
60 minutes of working out where a mix of everything is thrown at you minus the kitchen sink. Circuits, boxing, stretching/mobility, ab work, partner workouts – each week will be something different!
