An induction-based class for new members designed to optimise their training time while in Ascend. Trainers will teach correct form and technique on common movements as well as having new members comfortable with equipment throughout the gym. Bookings are essential through member's client portal only. Max 6 people per class. Members can only attend class strictly as a 1-off.
